Flächennutzungsplan der Stadt Hamm

Der Flächennutzungsplan (FNP) wird für das gesamte Gemeindegebiet aufgestellt und im Maßstab 1:10.000 bis 1:15.000 erarbeitet. Der FNP enthält die Grundzüge der Bodennutzung und ist nicht parzellenscharf. Die Darstellungen des FNP sind nur behördenverbindlich.
